After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Concordia University in Montreal, I continued my education in Photography at Ryerson Polytechnical Institute and at Sheridan College. I am a Past President of the Canadian Society of Underwater Photographers. For several years I was a Contributing Editor of Diver Magazine and Dive Ontario.

I have traveled extensively and frequently revisit my favorite dive / travel destinations which include: Aruba, Bermuda, Bahamas, Bonaire, Curacao, Cozumel, Cuba, Dominica, St Kitts & Nevis, Saba, The Turks and Caicos Islands, Trinidad & Tobago, Antigua, St Maarten, San Salvador the Bahamas, Belize, Roatan, Guanaja, The Cayman Islands, The Philippines, Fiji, Hong Kong, Tanzania, Kenya, The Red Sea - Israel, Jordan & Egypt and South Africa.
Marketing:
My transparencies are marketed through Valan Photos - a Stock Photo Agency located in Ottawa.
My extensive stock of 35 mm color transparencies and digital files are available for rights-protected licensing. My main objective is to provide excellent images for editorial illustration, multi- media presentations, web use, retail products and advertising. I am also available on a limited basis for assignment work.
My stock images include marine life / wildlife images from all over the world. My images are shot on location, of animals and plants in their natural habitats. I also have a large collection of wreck and scuba diver images, as well as North American mammals and birds, African wildlife, wild flowers, insects & butterflies, birds, snakes, mammals, landscapes, fall scenery, freshwater game fish and fishing.
